Nelson Delgado

Nelson Delgado is a real estate builder and developer. His greatest achievement has been the introduction of state-of-the-art technology in the construction process of large-scale concrete structures in residential and multi-family real estate developments on an international scale.

Summary
Nelson Delgado has a master's degree in international economic relations, graduate degrees in civil engineering, industrial design and structural engineering, and started his career as an entrepreneur in the stationery and construction industries. During his 25 years of experience, Delgado has developed innovative concepts in the construction industry and created and perfected industrialized construction systems.

Early
In the late 90s, Delgado was a partner and General Director of ErichKrause Europe, company with headquarters in Germany and offices in Spain, Portugal & Hong Kong. During Delgado’s leadership, he created & implemented a unique production system, as a result the company rapidly expanded to over 29 countries becoming one of the most successful companies in the stationery sector in Europe.

Present
With the experience gained in the international markets using his innovative industrialized construction system, in 2015 Mr. Delgado expanded his business to the United States. Currently, he has established his headquarters in Miami, FL. As of today, various residential projects, around 4000 units are being developed with stunning results exceeding clients’ expectations.

In partnership with leading industries in construction technology in Europe, Asia and U.S., the system has been enhanced for maximum efficiency and productivity.
